Cirio advises SignUp Software on SEK 2.4 billion public takeover offer by Insight Partners

Insight Partners have, through SUS Intermediate Company AB, launched a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of SignUp Software AB (publ). The offer values SignUp to approximately SEK 2.4 billion.

Cirio advises Signup Software on the public takeover offer with a team headed by Maria Arnoldsson with the assistance of Sebastian Iso-Kamula, Rikard Kåresen (Capital Markets and Public M&A) and Hanna Tilus (Digital & Technology).

SignUp is a profitable growing software company that offers a comprehensive solution, ExFlow, for accounts payable automation built into Microsoft’s Dynamics ERP.
