Cirio advises Pareto Securities AB on a private placement

Cirio advises Pareto Securities AB as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in connection with ADDvise Group AB’s (publ) directed new share issue to Swedish and international institutional investors through a private placement.

On 8 September 2021, the board of directors of ADDvise resolved on a directed issue authorised by the annual general meeting held on 23 April 2021. The company received gross proceeds of approximately SEK 125 million through the share issue. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined by an accelerated book-building process carried out by Pareto.

Cirio advised Pareto with a team headed by Annika Andersson, together with Jesper M. Johansson and Rebecka Tallberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
