Cirio advises Paligo in connection with A&D’s and GRO’s investment in the company

Paligo, a leading provider of software enabling customers to manage componentized technical documentation and knowledge assets, has announced that it has procured a USD 29 million investment from Danish private equity fund GRO and existing investor Alfvén & Didrikson (A&D)
to further expand its operations and increase growth. Cirio represented Paligo in the investment.

Paligo provides a cloud-based Component Content Management System (CCMS) that allows customers to author, manage, translate and publish technical documentation and knowledge assets such as policies, procedures, and customer support information, with a focus on the software, manufacturing, finance and insurance, and healthcare verticals.

The new funding will enable Paligo to accelerate its product vision, organizational expansion and international growth.
