Cirio advises ISS and global professional services firm in a 5-year Nordic Vested partnership deal

Cirio has advised ISS and a global professional services firm in a Vested outsourcing of Facility Management services in the Nordics. The agreement term is 5 years and covers approximately 90 offices. The Vested partnership is the first of its kind that spans across the Nordic countries and aims to jointly build the greatest workplace experience for the professional services firm. Cirio facilitated the deal by way of leading the workshops when the relational contract and the business terms were crafted according to “the 5 Rules” that are the foundation of a Vested deal.

To assist our clients in building long-term partnerships based on relational contracts, we bring unique expertise applying the Vested® sourcing model, developed at the University of Tennessee. Cirio is the only law firm in the Nordic region providing advice on the Vested® model.
