Cirio advises Freja eID Group on a directed issue

Cirio advises Freja eID Group AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue.

On 1 December 2020, the board of directors resolved on the directed issue authorised by the annual general meeting held on 7 May 2020. The issue comprised of 484,305 shares. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined by an accelerated book-building process.

Freja eID Group AB (publ) develops products and services for digital identification. The business areas include the internationally scalable electronic identity Freja eID and secure fulfilment services. Freja eID Group is listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm.

Cirio advises Freja eID Group with a team headed by Annika Andersson, together with Oscar Lunde and Rebecka Tallberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
