Cirio advises Downing on the acquisition of Blåsjön Nät AB

Cirio has acted for Downing when acquiring the regulated grid company Blåsjön Nät AB, which operates a grid located in Strömsund municipality, with approximately 1,500 customers. This is Downing’s first acquisition of a grid company in Sweden. The total investment amount for the acquisition is approximately SEK 90 million.

Cirio’s team consisted of Fredrik Morfeldt, Elisabet Heimer, Zacharias Thyrén, Anna Hellström, Niklas Junker and Christoffer Isaksson.
