Cirio advises Artificial Solutions on private placement of MSEK 65,7

Cirio has advised Artificial Solutions International AB (“Artificial Solutions”) in connection with its private placement of approximately 2.7 million shares directed towards Swedish and international institutional investors and some certain private investors. On 20 June 2019, the board of directors resolved on the directed issue authorised by the Annual General Meeting held on 28 February 2019. The placement amounts to MSEK 65.7. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined by an accelerated book building process.

Artificial Solutions is a specialist in enterprise-strength Conversational AI, a form of Artificial Intelligence that allows people to communicate with applications, websites and devices in everyday, humanlike natural language via voice, text, touch or gesture input. Artificial Solutions is listed on Nasdaq First North.
