Cirio advised ABB on the spin-off of Accelleron

Cirio has advised ABB Ltd on the Swedish capital markets aspects of the spin-off of Accelleron Industries AG. Formerly known as ABB Turbocharging, Accelleron Industries Ltd is a global leader in turbocharging technologies.

ABB has distributed the Accelleron shares on a pro rata basis, as dividend in kind, with 1 Accelleron share for 20 ABB Ltd shares held.

The Cirio team was led by Annika Andersson, Head of Capital Markets and Public M&A, together with Sebastian Iso-Kamula, Rebecka Tallberg, and Julia Alander (all Capital Markets and Public M&A).
