Cirio legal advisor in the divestment of the property Stockholm Blåfjäll 1

Cirio acted as legal advisor to an international investor in the divestment of the property Stockholm Blåfjäll 1 to Klövern. The deal is made by way of a share transfer, with completion envisaged for 4 March 2019.

The property comprises 18,700 square meters lettable area, over eight floors, and is fully let to Ericsson on a contract running until the second half of 2023. The underlying property value is SEK 633 million.
