Maria Hanbo
Senior Counsel
Most of Maria’s work relates to the energy sector. She focuses on M&A, contracts and infrastructure/energy transactions. She has extensive knowledge of the legal issues involved in permitting, procurement, financing, construction and operation of wind farms. She also has long experience of district heating and electricity distribution, advising clients on transactions, procurement processes and day-to-day issues, such as permit compliance.
Maria regularly advises Swedish and international clients on regulatory issues and acts for companies in commercial disputes in her fields of expertise.
