Maria Hanbo
Senior Counsel
Most of Maria’s work relates to the energy sector. Her focus is on M&A, contracts and infrastructure/energy transactions. She has a thorough grasp of the legal issues involved in the permitting, procurement, financing, construction and operation of wind farms. She also has considerable experience in respect of district heating and electricity distribution advising clients on transactions, procurement processes and day-to-day issues such as permit compliance.
Maria regularly advises Swedish and international clients on regulatory issues and acts for companies in commercial disputes in her fields of expertise.
