Cirio has assisted Tata AutoComp Systems in the acquisition of IAC Sweden

Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd has successfully completed the acquisition of IAC Sweden, now operating under the new brand name Artifex Systems AB. This strategic milestone strengthens Tata AutoComp’s presence in Europe and enhances partnerships with leading OEMs in the automotive industry.

Artifex Systems AB specialises in premium interior and exterior systems and has an annual turnover of approximately USD 800 million with a workforce of 1,850 employees across Gothenburg, Färgelanda and Skara. The business will continue as before with an unchanged workforce and existing employee commitments.

Cirio has assisted Tata Autocomp Group throughout the transaction process.
