Jessica Grönberg
Managing Associate
Jessica is a part of Cirio’s M&A team. She provides advice on all matters of corporate law, assists clients in domestic and cross-border acquisitions and sales, and has a strong focus on venture capital transactions, especially in the technology and life science sectors.
Jessica advises Swedish and international venture capital investors on their investments in portfolio companies, and represents shareholders, founders and emerging and growth stage companies on their fundraising, incentive programs and exits, as well as on corporate law, operational and regulatory matters.
