Lisa Ericsson

Head of Employment / Lawyer

Lisa is head of Cirio’s employment law practice group and has more than 17 years of experience from advising Swedish and international clients on a broad variety of employment-related matters including reorganisations, termination of employment agreements due to personal reasons or redundancy, non-compete clauses and other restricted covenants as well as protection of trade secrets. Lisa has substantial experience in assisting clients in connection with M&A matters, business transfers, outsourcing as well as union negotiations, establishing European Works Councils, workplace investigations, discrimination issues and employment disputes.

Lisa also advises on data privacy matters (GDPR) in relation to employees and other contracted personnel and frequently teaches employment law to both clients and other audiences.
