Hanna belongs to Cirio’s Mergers and Acquisitions group. She is also project leader for Asia Practice Group.
Hanna also works with employment law issues, both in general matters and by providing advice to international employers regarding Swedish employment law.
Hanna originally received legal education in Beijing, was admitted to the Chinese Bar Association in 2009. She came to Sweden for an international LL.M program and obtained the Swedish degree of law thereafter. Hanna has extensive experience in assisting Chinese clients doing business in Sweden and can provide legal advice in Chinese, Swedish and English. In addition to legal services, she has always served as a bridge between the cultural gaps between Sweden and Asia.
