Hanna Yan Karlsson
Hanna is focusing primarily on M&A, corporate law and employment law, with particular experience in international and cross-border matters. She also leads Cirio’s Asian Practice Group and regularly advises Chinese and other Asian clients on investments, acquisitions, establishments and ongoing business operations in Sweden.
Hanna has legal education and qualifications from both China and Sweden. She has been qualified as a Chinese lawyer since 2009 and became a member of the Swedish Bar Association in 2026. Her experience includes cross-border M&A, employment law, corporate matters, FDI, life sciences and international establishments.
Hanna advises clients in Chinese, Swedish and English. In addition to legal services, she has always served as a bridge between the cultural gaps between Sweden and Asia.
