Annika Andersson
Annika Andersson is head of Cirio’s Equity Capital Markets and Public M&A department. Annika specialises in equity capital markets and corporate law with emphasis on capital market transactions and public M&A, including IPOs, capital raisings, public takeover offers and mergers, non-cash acquisitions and corporate spin-offs. In addition, Annika advises listed companies and investors in corporate law, corporate governance, listing rules, the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), public disclosure rules, share-based incentive programs, share buy-backs, board responsibility matters and regulatory stock market issues, as well as operational and supervisory matters for securities institutions, mutual fund companies and alternative investment fund managers.
