Cirio advises ICA Gruppen in connection with public takeover offer

Cirio has advised ICA Gruppen in connection with public takeover offer.

ICA-handlarnas Förbund and AMF Pensionsförsäkring AB have, through Murgröna Holding AB (publ), launched a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of ICA Gruppen AB (publ), Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap. The offer values all outstanding shares in ICA Gruppen to approximately SEK 107.4 billion.

Cirio advises ICA Gruppen with a team headed by Annika Andersson (Capital Markets and Public M&A) and Johan Hessius (M&A), with the assistance of Maria Arnoldsson, Tim Johansson and Anja Nousiainen Hult (Capital Markets and Public M&A), Hanna Tilus (Life Science), Erik Bergenstråhle (Strategic Contracts), Niklas Sinander (Financial Regulation) and Ulrica Salomon and Miranda Hermansson (Competition).
