Cirio advises Convendum on a directed share issue generating SEK 100 million

Cirio has advised Convendum Corporation AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue generating proceeds of approximately MSEK 100.

Convendum provides centrally located coworking office spaces in Stockholm and Gothenburg with exclusive office design and high-level in-house services.

Cirio advised Convendum with a team headed by Annika Andersson (Capital Markets and Public M&A), together with Tim Johansson and Jesper M. Johansson (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
