Cirio advises Netmore Group on a private placement

Cirio advises Netmore Group AB in connection with a new share issue to the property company Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB and the infrastructure investor Polar Structure AB.

On 28 September 2021, the board of directors resolved on the directed issue authorised by the annual general meeting held on 1 June 2021. The company receives gross proceeds of approximately SEK 70 million through the share issue. The subscription price represents a premium of 42 percent compared to the closing price on 27 September 2021.

Netmore Group is an IoT operator that connects properties, offers private and open 5G networks, and enables large-scale IoT through LoRaWAN. Netmore Group is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm.

Cirio advised Netmore Group with a team headed by Annika Andersson, together with Jesper M. Johansson and Rebecka Tallberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
