Cirio advises on the takeover offer for Torslanda Property Investment

Cirio is advising Västerport Holding AB on its mandatory takeover bid to the shareholders of Torslanda Property Investment AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The offer values all shares in Torslanda Property Investment AB (publ) to approximately SEK 1 billion.

Cirio advises Västerport with a team headed by Annika Andersson together with Sebastian Iso-Kamula, Rebecka Tallberg and Rikard Kåresen (Equity Capital Markets and Public M&A), Ulrica Salomon and Anna Hovstadius (Competition Law) and Jesper Johansson and Alexandra Linusson (Banking & Finance).
