Cirio advises Pareto Securities in connection with Biovica’s rights issue of units

Cirio has advised Pareto Securities as Sole Bookrunner in connection with Biovica International AB’s (publ) rights issue of units corresponding to approximately SEK 120 million.

Cirio’s team was headed by Annika Andersson together with Sebastian Iso-Kamula and Julia Alander (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
