Cirio Swedish legal advisor on the divestment of Easybrain

Cirio acted as Swedish legal counsel to the sellers on their divestment of 100% of the shares in Easybrain Group Limited (“Easybrain”) to Embracer Group AB (“Embracer”).

Easybrain is a leading mobile game developer with a core focus on puzzle and logic games. Easybrain will become Embracer’s eight operative group as a wholly owned subsidiary.
