Cirio acted for the majority shareholders in the divestment of SHH Bostad to Fabege

Cirio acted as legal advisor to founder Misha Moeremans d’Emaus, Fastighets AB Balder (publ) and the other majority shareholders in the divestment of all ordinary shares in the property development company SHH Bostad AB (publ) to Fabege AB (publ).

The total consideration for the shares in SHH amounts to SEK 880,000,000. SHH was founded in 2010 and have since then completed over 40 property development projects and approx. 2,100 housing units. After completion of the transaction, the company will continue to conduct its business under the SHH brand. Current CEO Fredrik Alvarsson and CFO Ando Wikström will also remain in their positions.
