Cirio advises Telia on the divestment of Telia Health Monitoring to AddLife

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Telia on its divestment of Telia Health Monitoring, which develops and provides a digital platform for remote monitoring of patients with chronic diseases. Completion of the transaction is expected to occur in the first quarter of 2022.
