Cirio advises Karolinska Development AB (publ) on a rights issue of shares

Cirio advises Karolinska Development AB (publ) (“Karolinska Development”) in connection with a rights issue of shares with preferential rights for the company´s existing shareholders.

On 12 January 2022, the extraordinary general meeting resolved to approve the Board of Directors’ resolution on 10 December 2021 to increase the company´s share capital by a rights issue with preferential rights for the company´s existing shareholders. Upon full subscription of the rights issue, Karolinska Development will receive approximately MSEK 491,2 prior to issue costs.
