Cirio advises Abliva AB (publ) on a directed issue of convertibles

Cirio advises Abliva AB (publ) (“Abliva”) in connection with a directed issue of convertible bonds to the company´s major shareholders.

On 14 January 2022, the extraordinary general meeting resolved to approve the Board of Directors’ resolution on 20 December 2021 to raise a convertible loan through a directed issue of convertible bonds.

Abliva develops medicines for the treatment of primary mitochondrial diseases. Abliva is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Cirio advises Abliva with a team headed by Annika Andersson, together with Rebecka Tallberg and Natalie Nilsson (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
