Cirio legal advisor to Värmevärden

Cirio acted as legal advisor for Värmevärden when investing in district heating networks in Leksand and Rättvik in Sweden. The two district heating networks have previously been operated separately by Dala Energi AB and Rättviks kommun, respectively. Through the transaction, Värmevärden enters into a joint venture with Dala Energi AB and Rättviks kommun, with Värmevärden as majority owner. The two networks currently deliver some 90 GWh/year to their customers.
