Cirio legal advisor in the divestment of IT-Total Sweden AB to Segulah Fund V

Cirio acted as legal advisor to IT-Total Holding i Stockholm AB and the minority sellers on their divestment of 55 % of the shares in IT-Total Sweden AB to Segulah Fund V. The existing founders and minority shareholders will retain a 45 % shareholding in IT-Total Sweden AB.

IT-Total Sweden AB is a B2B-provider of secure and sustainable IT infrastructure services and was founded in 2011.

The transaction was completed on 26 June 2019.
