Cirio advises the founders of Hogmore in the acquisition by Spring Media

Cirio has advised the founders of Hogmore, the global market leader in pre-season and friendly football matches for media rights and production, in the acquisition by Spring Media, the Sweden based sports media group, of the business. Hogmore founders Bernie Riedlsperger and Klemens Kögl will both become part of Spring Media’s group management team.
