Cirio advises TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund on the acquisition of a majority stake in Rabbalshede Kraft AB

Cirio has advised TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Swedish wind power company Rabbalshede Kraft AB (Publ).

Based in Rabbalshede and with offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm, Rabbalshede Kraft owns and operates 255MW of onshore wind assets in southern Sweden, with a further 100MW under construction.

TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund is part of the Canadian bank, TD Bank, who’s shareholding now increases from 35% to 87%.

Cirio, which assisted in connection with the initial investment into Rabbalshede Kraft by TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund in 2017, assisted the fund with a team headed by Jörgen Möller (Head of Energy) and Anders Moberg (M&A).
