Cirio advises Svevind and Enercon in their joint divestment of the grid company Markbygden Net to Ellevio

Cirio has acted for Svevind and Enercon in their joint divestment of the grid company Markbygden Net AB to one of Sweden’s largest electricity distribution companies, Ellevio. Markbygden Net AB is a grid company owning and operating a power grid in the Markbygden wind farm cluster. The grid connects wind farms with a production capacity of 1,700MW to Svenska Kraftnät’s national transmission system.
