Cirio advises OX2 in the sale of several projects in Finland totalling a capacity 171 MW

Cirio’s energy team, which is at the forefront of its sector and leading within renewable energy, has advised OX2 in the sale of several projects in Finland totalling a capacity 171 MW to Renewable Power Capital (the renewable energy investment platform backed by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board).

OX2 is constructing the wind farms under a tailored EPC contract and will, once commissioned, be responsible for the technical and commercial management of the wind farms. Cirio has advised OX2 both in the transaction and with procurement of all project agreements. The transaction is valued at EUR 245 million.

Cirio’s team consisted of partners Jörgen Möller and Jesper Johansson, together with associates Philip Tonkin, Nina Lannsjö, Niklas Sinander, Fredrik Morfeldt and Anton Zetterberg.
