Cirio advises Green Landscaping on a private placement

Cirio advises Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) in connection with a new share issue through a private placement to Swedish and international institutional investors.

On 8 June 2021, the board of directors resolved on a directed share issue authorized by the annual general meeting held on 19 May 2021. The issue volume and the subscription price were determined by an accelerated book-building process. The company receives a gross proceed of SEK 150 million.

In connection with the directed share issue, a coordinated sale of shares from participants in the company’s outstanding incentive program 2018/2021, corresponding to approximately SEK 19.7 million was also completed.

Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) is the Nordic leading player in ground maintenance and landscaping of outdoor environments in Sweden. Green Landscaping is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Cirio advised Green Landscaping with a team headed by Maria Arnoldsson, together with Tim Johansson and Jesper M. Johansson (Capital Markets and Public M&A).
