Cirio advises Emilshus in connection with their acquisition of a property from Vasaparken

Cirio has advised Emilshus in the acquisition of a property of SEK 67 million in Lambohov in Linköping on which approximately 4,000 square meters of premises is under construction.

A 10-year lease agreement regarding the total leasable area has been signed with Ionbond, a company with high-tech production within the global IHI Group with an annual rent value of SEK 5 million. Completion of the transaction will take place when the building on the property is completed. Such completion is planned to happen around the turn of the year 2024/2025.
