Cirio advises Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC in EUR 19 million acquisition of hydropower plants

Cirio has acted for Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust PLC in relation to the EUR 19 million acquisition of a portfolio of hydropower plants from AB Edsbyns Elverk (publ).

The 36GWh portfolio includes four run-of-river hydropower plants situated on a single river. The hydropower plants are located in and around Edsbyn in central Sweden.

Cirio’s team has consisted of partners Jörgen Möller and Emma Dansbo and associates Joanna Landau, John Swärd, Fredrik Morfeldt, Joel Sandin Persson and Jessika Lagebro.
