Cirio advises Climentum Capital Fund on the investments in Novatron Fusion Group and Kärnfull Next

Cirio has advised Climentum Capital Fund in connection with its recent investments in Novatron Fusion Group AB, a company that aims to revolutionize the field of fusion energy production and Kärnfull Next AB, a Small Modular Reactor (SMR) project development company.

The respective EUR 5.2 million and SEK 23 million financing rounds were led by Climentum and with both new and previous investors participating.

Cirio’s team consisted mainly of Emma Dansbo, Niklas Junker, Sofia Nygren and Anja Nousiainen Hult.
