Cirio adviser to Axflow on connection with its acquisition of VIP Tehnika

Cirio advised Axel Johnson International’s Fluid Handling Solutions business group, AxFlow, on its acquisition of VIP Tehnika, being experts in sales and service of pumps for water and waste water applications with a well-established business in Maribor, Slovenia, and providing AxFlow with an additional base from which to grow its operations in Balkans, in particular, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia and in Austria.

AxFlow is an application- and service-driven niche company in the fluid handling business active in all European markets, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

Cirio advised AxFlow with a team headed by Carl-Olof Bouveng, together with Johanna Permatz, and supported by the Slovenian office of Karanovic & Partners.
