Cirio adviser to AxFlow on connection with its acquisition of Induchem Group Limited

Cirio advised Axel Johnson International’s Fluid Handling Solutions business group, AxFlow, in its acquisition of Induchem Group Ltd. Induchem is an Irish and UK specialist provider of fluid handling solutions and related service capacity, with 60 employees focusing on the engineering and sales business of pumps, valves and ancillary equipment.

AxFlow is an application- and service-driven niche company in the fluid handling business supplying pumps and ancillary equipment in the processing industry, being active in all European markets, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

Cirio advised AxFlow with a team headed by Carl-Olof Bouveng, together with Johanna Permatz, and supported by Pinsent Masons Irish office.
