Cirio advised TopCashBack on its acquisition of Refunder

Cirio acted as legal advisor to TopCashBack on its acquisition of Refunder

Cirio has advised UK-based Top Online Partners Group Ltd (TOPG), the owner of TopCashback, on its acquisition of the Swedish cashback website Refunder Scandinavia AB and its subsidiary Bäst i test Guiden Scandinavia AB. The transaction will be closed in tranches and TOPG will have full ownership of Refunder by 2024.

The founders of Refunder have with investor backing developed Refunder into a leading cash back operator in Sweden and Poland with more than 600,000 members. The founders and existing management will remain active in Refunder and its subsidiary Bäst i Test.
