Cirio acted as legal advisor to Bantorget Hyresbostäder in the development of rental apartments in a joint venture with Gunnar Nordfeldt ́s AB

Cirio acted for Bantorget Hyresbostäder AB in its joint venture project with Gunnar Nordfeldt ́s AB for the development of approximately 300 rental apartments in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The joint venture company is owned by Bantorget and Nordfeldt on a 50/50 basis.

Cirio´s team consisted of Johan Hessius, Joel Sandin Persson, Joakim Blecher and Anton Zetterberg.
