Cirio acted as legal advisor to Adven in relation to the cooperation agreement entered into between Adven and Trelleborgs Energi AB

Adven and Trelleborgs Energi AB have entered into a cooperation agreement meaning that Adven will produce and deliver district heating in Trelleborg in the coming twenty years. Trelleborgs Energi AB is, within such time frame, obligated to purchase all its district heating from Adven. Adven will acquire existing production sites as well as build new sites to cover the growing demand for district heating.

The transaction is carried out accordingly to public procurement regulation (Sw. lagen (2016:1146) om upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna (LUF)). Completion of the transaction is subject to approval from inter alia the city council.
