Carl Gustaf De Geer joins Cirio Law Firm

We are happy to announce that Carl Gustaf De Geer has joined Cirio as senior counsel as from 1 January 2021. Carl Gustaf, who has a background as partner at both Mannheimer Swartling and Vinge, has for many years been regarded as one of the finest M&A practitioners in the Swedish and Nordic markets and also has wide experience within corporate compliance. In addition to this, he has considerable experience in advising Nordic clients doing business in Asia.
