Cirio advises Formpipe in connection with the divestment of its Public Sector business area

Cirio is legal advisor to Formpipe Software AB in connection with the divestment of its Public Sector business area to a holding company of STG for a total consideration of up to SEK 850 million.

The transaction is carried out as a so-called carve-out, where Formpipe, during the period between signing and closing, will transfer all assets related to the Public Sector business area to a wholly owned subsidiary, which is then transferred to the buyer.
