Cirio advises Markum on the acquisition of JM Entreprenad

Cirio acted as legal advisor to Markum Holding AB in connection with the acquisition of JM Entreprenad, pursuant to which Markum has entered into an agreement to acquire the former JM-owned contracting business. The acquisition comprises a business with approximately 120 employees and annual revenue of approximately SEK 500 million, with completion expected to take place during the first quarter of 2026. Through its founders, Markum has extensive experience in the contracting sector and intends, through the acquisition, to further develop and strengthen the target company’s position within civil engineering and groundworks, with a particular focus on land development and infrastructure projects.
