Cirio has advised the shareholders of ClinStorage AB in connection with its acquisition by Rubicon Healthcare Partners

Cirio acted as legal adviser to the shareholders in connection with the transaction. ClinStorage is a leading Nordic provider of GxP-compliant biostorage, sample management, and related logistics services. The company offers, among other things, temperature-controlled GMP storage, secondary packaging and labelling of investigational medicinal products, sourcing of comparator drugs, QP oversight, biobanking, and controlled distribution of clinical trial materials.
