Emmeli is a Managing Associate in Cirio’s Employment Law practice group, specialising in employment law and insolvency. She advises both Swedish and international clients on a wide range of employment law matters. Her expertise includes restructurings, redundancies and dismissals for personal reasons, TUPE-analyses, whistleblowing matters, and issues relating to non-compete and non-solicitation clauses. She also has extensive experience assisting clients in collective bargaining negotiations and other matters involving trade unions.
In addition, Emmeli has a strong background in insolvency law, with experience of complex insolvency proceedings across a variety of industries, including retail, fintech, heavy industry, and software development. She is also regularly appointed as a bankruptcy trustee.
