Sesol AB, 559087-1355 (“Sesol” or the ”Company”), was declared bankrupt on March 17, 2026, whereby Karl Björlin was appointed as official receiver.

Sesol was founded in 2016 and is primarily engaged in the sale, installation, and support of electricity production systems, particularly solar panels, solar batteries, and charging stations, for customers across large parts of Sweden.
