Miranda is a member of Cirio´s Competition Law and State Aid group and Public Procurement group. She is also a member of the Compliance and Corporate Investigations group. Furthermore, Miranda has experience from commercial contract law.
Miranda also assists clients in matters relating to foreign direct investment (FDI).
