Hanna Tilus
Hanna Tilus is a partner and head of Cirio's Digitalization and Technology sector group. She is specialising in intellectual property, marketing law, consumer law, personal data protection, regulatory and commercial contracts. In addition, she has a strong focus on the Life Sciences sector.
Hanna has significant experience from advising a wide range of companies within the life sciences sector including pharmaceuticals, medtech, healthcare and food companies. Furthermore, Hanna has in-house experience of the life sciences sector from working at Bayer, a global life sciences company, where she was responsible for legal affairs, corporate compliance and data protection primarily in Sweden but also in relation to global issues from her time at the Berlin HQ.
Hanna also has substantial experience from advising clients in various sectors with respect to IP- and technology-related matters including M&A, licensing, technology transfers, co-marketing, R&D collaborations, complex commercial contracts, multi-jurisdictional IP-litigation and administrative appeals.
