Cirio advises Vestum in the acquisition of Galore i Uppsala AB (“Galore”)

Cirio has advised Vestum in the acquisition of Galore i Uppsala AB (“Galore”).

Galore was founded in 1999 and performs electrical installations to customers in Uppsala and the surrounding area. Galore has 44 employees and is headquartered in Uppsala.

The purchase price will partly be financed in cash and partly through the issuance of a loan note, which will then be set off against 520,833 shares in Vestum.

The acquisition is expected to be completed within two weeks.
