Karl Björlin has been elected partner

Karl Björlin has during the autumn of 2019 been elected partner with effect from 1 January 2020.

Karl joined the firm in 2011 and is a member of Cirio’s banking and finance practice group and is focusing on insolvency law. He has extensive experience of corporate restructuring, liquidations (solvent and insolvent), advising directors on directors’ duties and responsibilities and other matters related to financially distressed companies. He also represents banks, financial institutions and other creditors in various insolvency proceedings as well as clients in litigation. Karl is also experienced and assists clients with financing and security arrangements and related issues.

Karl is secretary of the Swedish national association for insolvency practitioners (REKON) and on the board of the Swedish chapter of Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
